What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device, or small amounts of data it keeps in your browser. They let a site remember things — that you are signed in, that you have already seen a notice — instead of asking every time.

What this site uses

Nothing. Reibanq.eu is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, not even technical ones, and it writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage. There is no login on this site, no contact form, no shopping basket and no preference that has to survive from one page to the next.

The only data that comes into being when you visit is what any web server records to serve a page and stay secure: the request, and the technical information that travels with it. That is described in the privacy notice, not here, because it is not stored on your device.

Do we need your consent?

No — and not because we have decided it is unnecessary, but because nothing is stored on your device to consent to. Under the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet and the ePrivacy rules, consent is required to store information on, or read information from, a user's device. This site does neither. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here.

Third-party cookies

None. Every asset this site loads — fonts, images, scripts, stylesheets — is served from this domain. No third party is in a position to set a cookie or read one. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and consent will be asked for anything that is not strictly necessary.

The app is a different matter

This policy covers reibanq.eu, the website you are reading, and nothing else. Signing in and using an account happens on app.reibanq.eu, a separate service with its own conditions, which this policy does not cover. What that service stores on your device, and why, is stated there.

How to control cookies in your browser

There is nothing on this site to block, but the setting is worth knowing. All major browsers let you see the cookies stored, delete them, and block or restrict them per site. Look in the privacy or security settings of:
