The payment account, the related payment services and the cards behind the Reibanq name are provided by Orenda FS B.V., a payments and electronic money institution authorised and regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank. What your account is, and what it is not
Orenda FS B.V. accounts are electronic money products, not deposits: they do not fall under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme (Depositogarantiestelsel). Client funds are held by Stichting Custodian Orenda FS, an independent Dutch foundation, in segregated accounts at credit institutions in the European Union, kept separate from Orenda FS B.V.'s own assets. If something goes wrong with the service, the route to follow is on the complaints page.
