Move money out, on your terms
Pay a supplier, schedule a transfer or clear a whole batch at once. Every payment shows the cost before you tap confirm, so the number that lands is the one you meant to send.
The cost of paying from a single-currency account
When you pay suppliers and people in more than one country, you end up repeating the same work on different portals, each with its own cut folded into the rate. The cost appears on the statement later, not on the screen where you decide.
One account across 38 currencies keeps the process on one screen, and shows the fee before you commit. Nothing shows up later that you did not already agree to.
You send one payment, a repeating one, or a hundred at once
One invoice, and you see what lands
Send a single payment, convert inside it if you need to, and read the arriving amount before you confirm.
38 — currencies you can pay in.
The repeating ones leave on their own
Set a date and a frequency once. Rent, retainers and anything else you would rather stop remembering.
A whole payroll clears with one approval
Upload the file, check every line on one screen, approve once. The sort of thing payroll runs on.
You read the whole payment before you approve it
You do not retype account details under pressure
Recipients stay in the address book, so the account number is the one you checked the first time.
Nobody sends alone unless you say so
You decide who can create a payment and who has to approve it before the money leaves.
The cost sits next to the confirm button
What will arrive, what the conversion costs and any third-party fee, all on the same screen.
The receipt is still there when the auditor asks
Every payment keeps its record inside the account, with the rate and the fee that applied that day.
Inside the euro area, outside it, or into another currency
The screen is the same in all three cases: what leaves, what arrives, and what the difference costs, before you confirm.
A euro payment inside SEPA
To any account in the zone, with the fee published before you send it.
SEPA — usually same or next working day.
Local paymentsA payment that leaves the euro area
Sent on the real rate, with the cost of the conversion next to the amount.
180 — jurisdictions you can send to.
International paymentsA conversion on its own
Convert into the currency you need when the rate suits you, and pay later.
38 — currencies you convert across.
Currency exchangeWhen you pay in a currency you do not hold, the conversion happens inside the payment. Where the money comes from, what it costs and what arrives are all on one screen before you confirm.
Ready to send payments with the cost in plain sight?
Single, scheduled or batch: every payment shows what it costs before you approve it.
Payments, explained
How long does a payment take to arrive?
A payment moves as fast as the payment networks allow. We show an estimate on the screen before you confirm, based on the currency and the destination country.
Which currencies can I pay with?
You can pay in 38 currencies from your euro account. The conversion runs inside the payment, and the cost appears before you approve.
Can I cancel a scheduled payment?
Scheduled payments can be paused or cancelled any time before the processing window begins. After that the payment runs as instructed.
What protects a batch payment?
Every batch is reviewed on screen before approval. Dual approval is available, and nobody can approve a batch they created themselves.
Send payments from the account that shows the real cost
The application asks for your company details, the people who control it, and a document for each. Verification follows — it is run by Orenda FS B.V., which supplies and manages the payment services behind the account — and Reibanq tells you as soon as it is done.
