How to activate your card

Step 1: Confirm your card

Open the app and head to the cards section. Your new card is waiting there to be activated.

Step 2: Choose your code

Pick a personal code that you’ll remember. The app will ask you to confirm it once before saving.

Step 3: Complete the setup

Follow the remaining prompts — there’s only a handful. When you see the confirmation, the card is live.

Step 4: Make your first payment

Use the card for an ordinary purchase. That first transaction finishes the activation.

Troubleshooting

Something not going as expected?

The card doesn’t appear

Close and reopen the app, then check the cards section again. If it still isn’t there, we’ll look into it.

The code message didn’t arrive

Wait a short while and make sure notifications are on. If nothing comes through, message us.
